Sally spent several years as an Instructional Designer, creating training for national and global clients, with a focus on CX support, marketing and sales training. Her designs have won multiple gold, silver and bronze Brandon Hall Excellence awards.
Other experiences she brings to her business consulting and coaching are her work as a CTI Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and as a professional actor, and time spent as adjunct faculty at the University of Idaho. She also spent several years as a contract member of the Artist Relations team for the Lionel Hampton International Jazz Festival, where she helped create a supportive experience for the artists that allowed them to bring their best to the performances.
